The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade includes 60 minutes of custom work and you'll be able to use it at any time. The vast majority of tasks take less than that, thus the remaining time shall be available for the future and you will be able to see it inside the billing Control Panel constantly. You can use the upgrade as a separate service or on top of the 30 minutes of custom work which are an element of our Managed Services upgrade.
Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
The upgrade is available with all of our dedicated servers and provided you add it, our expert administrators will be able to help you with everything on your machine. Including installing any third-party software which you might want to use on the server and troubleshooting any script that performs inadequately or does not run at all. Our upgrade features 60 minutes of work and in case a particular task is not very time-consuming, we will add the remaining time to your account. You will be able to check out how many minutes are left in your billing Control Panel and use them when you require help again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade could be ordered at any moment, so if you require something to be set up in the very beginning, you'll be able to add it to your order during the sign up process, while if you need assistance afterwards, you'll be able to add it from the hosting server billing area. Thirty minutes of custom work are included in our Managed Services pack too, but just in case you need additional work to be done on the hosting server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade shall be a guarantee that your applications shall be installed and set up in the best feasible way.
